About
Hi, I’m Matt, founder of Trujillo Fitness
My journey into health and fitness started after serving in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper. When I transitioned out of the military, I found myself struggling with gained weight, was running on energy drinks, and working overnight shifts at a hotel just to get by. I knew something had to change.
That turning point led me to study for my personal training certification and start taking control of my own health. I lost 30 pounds, rebuilt my energy and confidence, and discovered a passion for helping others do the same. Since 2014, I’ve been working as a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, helping clients build strength, confidence, and balance in their lives.
